La Maison Oflore : a Review

I'm gonna be straight up here, I'm in love with this spot! Something about it brought me back to the boutique hotel I stayed at in Paris. And how could you go wrong with that? Plus, the shop is also really photogenic?! As in, I took 10 billion pictures of the spot because any angle I pointed my camera in the shot looked good. My fellow Instagram hoes, y'all know where to go for awesome pics and tasty lemonade.

Unicone: a Review

I've noticed the place since last year, with its pink walls and little white clouds, but it took a freaking pandemic and an intense ice cream craving for me to finally go. In all honesty, I thought it was called "Unicorn" until 2 weeks ago and I was always kinda confused about why it would be called this way... Unicone makes way more sense.

I'd been eyeing this restaurant for a while. You know, casually stalking their Instagram and salivating at the delicious images of their food. Until one day I was invited to supper there to write this very review. Fear not though, this review stays true to my thoughts.

Leaves House Cafe: a Review

I finally decided to walk in and give the Leaves House Cafe a try, and it so happened to be the morning of their new McGill location's grand opening.

Yup, I drank a pink latte.

You've probably heard of Thierry Mugler's exposition at the Museum of Fine Arts - Couturissime, what with Kim Kardashian coming to the opening and all. If you're wondering why it's been such a big deal, it's because his is the first time that his full collection has been put on display. Ever.

Eating LaDurée Macarons in Paris

As you may all know, France is most obviously the place to stuff your face full of delicious pastries, and that’s exactly what I did. One of the French pastries that I especially wanted to taste was macarons.
Review of the macarons from the LaDurée house, which was first founded in 1862. Pierre Desfontaines, who is LaDurée’s little cousin, is actually the one who started making this popular desert.

Restaurant Ibérica : a Review

There’s only so much food that I can eat in one sitting, so I didn’t get to taste EVERY THING on the menu. However, I did steal a bit from my Mother’s drink and desert… how could I not?

Walking by, you might think that a new fish market opened on the corner of Duluth street. However, as you step into MAM & POP, you realize that it’s more of a... surreal fish market.

So, what is it really?
